This book is the fruit of the emotional love story that brought together the author and the Russian writer Augusta, where literary creativity is evident in recording the feelings and feelings that the author wrote with ink and deep feeling. محمد لطفي جمعة، الكاتب والمترجم والروائي المصري، وُلد في الإسكندرية عام 1886 لأسرة من الطبقة الوسطى، ونشأ وسط تأثير الزعيمين الوطنيين مصطفى كامل ومحمد فريد، حيث شكلوا صداقة وطيدة وتعاونوا في الكفاح السياسي ضد الاستعمار. درس في مدارس متعددة وحصل على إجازة من كلية الحقوق في فرنسا عام 1912، وعمل كمدرس وناشط ثقافي وفكري، مساهمًا في تطوير الفكر الإنساني والتعليم المجاني، إضافةً إلى ترجمته لأعمال عديدة من الأدب العالمي إلى العربية. أصيب بجلطة دماغية ألمت به لفترة طويلة، قبل أن يرحل عن عالمنا بسبب مضاعفات المرض.
