Although it is the book "Akhbar", it was placed in the context of the lineage, and he took care of the chain of transmission as a result of the expansion of the Hadith School. The book was limited to the news of the Abbasid Da`wah. He presented the Abbasid destination during the first invitation and the Abbasid period. It ended before the establishment of the Abbasid state.
