The author of this book is Muhammad Kerd. Ali, a Syrian, who is the men of thought, literature, righteousness, and defender of the Arabic language. He is the first minister of knowledge and education in Syria, and he was the head of the Arabic Language Academy in Damascus from its foundation 1919 AD until his death 1953
