Almost forgotten, yet essential riding methods, such as the Bügeltritt (the position of the rider's foot in the stirrup) or ridden work with a cavesson are described in detail.

Alongside his own success in top level competitions, Dr. Thomas Ritter has already trained numerous riders and horses up to classical dressage. His teachers included Dorothee Baumann-Pellny, Thomas Faltejsek and Egon von Neindorff.
