How desperately we need a respite from our restless, clamorous minds; a break from the debilitating noise of our inner voices, caught between unattainable ideals, the merciless voices of guilt and inadequacy that belittle our limitations, the frantic race to catch up with a mysterious procession that has already overtaken us, the unfair self-comparisons that weigh us down with the burden of falling behind, the endless rumination on a past we cannot change, and the daydreams that sometimes disconnect us from the reality of our work!

It is a journey inward, where we confront those shackled voices that paralyze us, so that perhaps we may break free from them... So join us.
