"Paradise" is a magical imaginary journey woven by Abdul Rahman Al-Barquqi with poetic eloquence and a style brimming with rhetorical flourishes. The author ascends in his imagination on a luminous "Buraq" to visit Paradise, where he is welcomed by its keeper, Ridwan. He bathes in its pure springs to cleanse his heart of the filth of this world. There, he meets figures he knew in this life: Imam Muhammad Abduh, the leader Muhammad Farid, and others whose names have been immortalized through their great deeds. The text presents a literary canvas in which faith blends with imagination, art with spirit, becoming a spiritual and literary journey at once, evoking the values ​​of sacrifice and faith, and astonishing the reader with the beauty of expression and the delicacy of imagery.

عبد الرحمن البرقوقي (1888 – 1944) أديب وشاعر وناقد مصري، يُعد من أبرز أعلام النهضة الأدبية في مطلع القرن العشرين. وُلد في دمنهور بمصر، وبرز في مجالات الشعر والنقد والتحقيق، وكان من أوائل من أعادوا إحياء التراث الشعري العربي بروح جديدة. عُرف خاصة بتحقيقه ودراسته لديوان ابن الرومي، حيث قدم له مقدمة نقدية مطولة صارت مرجعًا في الدراسات الأدبية. أسس مجلة البيان التي كانت منبرًا للأدباء والمفكرين في عصره، كما ساهم في نشر الوعي الأدبي والنقدي بين القراء. تميز أسلوبه بالجمع بين الأصالة والحداثة، فكان أحد رواد التجديد الأدبي والنقدي في الأدب العربي الحديث.
