The Unseen Front

In "The Front of the Unseen," writer Bishr Faris crafts a philosophical-symbolic play that takes the reader into the depths of major questions about humanity, destiny, and time. Its hero, Fida, refuses to compromise with the unseen or surrender to his ignorance, as people do. Instead, he rises to confront it, challenging the unknown in search of the ultimate truth hidden behind the veil of eternity. In a dramatic journey spanning five stages, theatrical dialogue intertwines with symbolic poetry, making the reader part of the show itself, ascending with Fida on his spiritual journey from earth to heaven, where the conflict between the human longing for love and immortality meets the limits of knowledge and certainty. It is an oriental tale that blends Sufi mystery with philosophical dialectics, turning the theater into a mirror that reflects the greatest challenge facing humanity: its struggle with the unseen and its quest to unravel the mystery of existence.
