Specialization alone is not the sole measure of success in a professional career, despite its fundamental necessity. It is a foundation for employment, but it is not the sole basis for success and excellence in a professional career.

Effective communication skills are among the most important means of success in all aspects of social, professional, and academic life.

This book aims to fill this gap by focusing on two types of skills:

(The culture of effective oral communication) that individuals need by introducing them to the skills of (personal interviewing, speaking skills, dialogue and negotiation skills, presentation skills, seminar management skills, managing departmental sessions at work, listening skills, questioning skills, lecturing skills, reading skills, and other skills).
