Towards the Unknown - The Diary of a Saudi Student in London

I get up... I get up heavily... I'm suddenly interrupted by the conversation of that employee at our embassy about the difficulty of life in London and the high cost of living. I feel a weight rebelling against my soul, increasing my fear of my unknown fate here, as if I couldn't stand... I drag my feet and my exhausted body like someone wounded on a battlefield, abandoned by my comrades. I take two or three steps out of twenty steps toward the window, pulling back the curtain, the coldness of its glass clinging to my palm. I find everything silently tearing up, the sky turning a dark blue, and the yellow streetlights trying to disperse this darkness with clear failure.
