Between consciousness and illusions

The Arab world is witnessing signs of a "new societal awareness," which heralds the beginning of the liberation of some of its countries from illusions, societal manifestations, historical legacies, and political influences that lead to their continued backwardness. This awareness was reflected in the focus of these countries on development issues and developing their societies, thus achieving progress on global development indicators. There are a number of historical, developmental, political, and technical circumstances that seem to have come together to give the Arab world a "last chance" to catch up with the developed countries, before the curtain falls on us for another century. The book "Between Consciousness and Illusions" begins to address these phenomena from a broader perspective. Through it, the author presents an "unconventional" view of the universe around us, manifestations of the influences on our balanced approach as individuals and societies, ways to respond to challenges faced by the "new Arab generation" in particular and the Arab world in general, and practical steps to benefit from favorable opportunities in achieving a civilizational leap that the countries of our world deserve.
