Poetics, which is manifested in parts of the story and the poem, is what defines the central significance of the literary sign and determines its effective literary focus and its dominant center of gravity, which means that revealing the original focus from which the storyteller starts, and on which the story is centered, is one of the elements of the vision of modern criticism.
Poetics, in its simplest sense, is the transformation of ordinary speech (the story) into literary language (the story). In addition to the many other elements that contribute to the literality of literature, an essential element in transforming it into poetry is the process of (displacement), which can be translated into a number of (synonyms) such as: transgression, violation, deviation, demolition, all of which are things that transform reality into images. It brings the meaning closer, or gives it an emotional dimension.
Poetics is no longer limited to poetry in its traditional sense, as it has become the essence of all creative arts, and this is evident in every short story, which carries unusual images that arouse astonishment, through the use of creative elements of metaphor, metaphor, and simile, and gives the reader the opportunity for interpretation, which multiplies points of view. That is, every work in which we can discover aesthetic levels.
