Fashion and fashion in movies

Fashion is the art of elegance in clothing, and it is closely related to all seasons of the year, and therefore it lived for a period of time limited to short limits, while artistic work had no time limits. Any film that was made according to a specific environment and the fashions of a specific year: it must live for a limited time and be short-lived, and the spectator cannot see it for a short period after that, even if it is one year, without making fun of it. While from a technical point of view it is considered deficient. A similar hadith can apply to clothing as well, i.e. what is called (fashion) in ordinary language.
But what is the relationship between cinema and fashion? Is it possible to seriously imagine how much cinema can contribute to the spread and popularity of modern fashions, if cinema is to be considered a means of expression, and then considered an art? Is it possible to imagine the opposite? How much does fashion, or rather the contribution of high fashion, contribute to creating a movie?
