The Right of Compensation for Hard Work and Effor

At a time when there is a lot of controversy and discussion, whether in religious institutions or on social media, about reviving the fatwa "The Right of Compensation for Hard Work and Effort" which provides for giving the wife a share of her husband's wealth upon his death, in addition to her legal share of the inheritance. This fatwa is based on the agreed-upon religious constants and the diligence of the Caliph Omar bin Al-Khattab, and the established Sharia regulations, without overriding the definitive rulings explicitly stated in the Holy Qur'an or the Prophetic Tradition "Sunnah".
