Grisha (February 28, 2000 – September 28, 2010) was a brave budgerigar who lived a life full of philosophical explorations and adventures. As a child, he became lame after an accident, but he never lost his cheerfulness. Three months after his arrival, he started talking. At first, he mimicked the sounds of the doorbell and telephone, then he uttered the phrase: "What to do?" He dedicated his youth to searching for the meaning of existence. One day he declared that he was a Frenchman and a musketeer, and thus began his French lessons, which he loved very much and learned several phrases.

Grisha was a gourmet. He liked croissants, cottage cheese desserts with vanilla, cucumbers, pizza, and strawberries. He watched TV: cartoons, programs about elephants, movies about musketeers. He loved watching the Tour de France, opera, and dancing to Celtic music.

In 2006, he met Petya. I bought a mug with an image of an orange elephant. Grisha became interested and started talking to the picture. Over time, he named it Petya. On the eve of the New Year, after several unsuccessful attempts to find such an elephant, I brought home a children's perfume set with a cute blue plush elephant. Grisha exclaimed: "Petya has come!" Thus began their friendship. No one knows who Prosha is, but he is a faithful friend of Grisha and Petya.

The story in this book contains Grisha's fantasies and the biography of his friendship: honest, deep, and full of happy moments.
