In the City of Hell

"How will humanity end?" This question confronts everyone. There are many possible and widely circulated scenarios, such as a comet colliding with Earth, among other speculations. However, what humans may not realize is that the threat of defeat begins from within, from within the human being.

There is a pandemic threatening the city, and there is someone who has decided to seek revenge on all of humanity. He decides to unleash the virus upon his city. Who is this person? And why does Dr. Samah and his friend Sarah hesitate to confront this pandemic?
