Über das eBook

Do you feel as though you are constantly making the same mistakes, are trapped in hopeless cycles or find yourself asking, "Why does this happen to me?"
This was Gethin's daily experience. A childhood spent in the care system, followed by years in prison and heroin addiction. A pattern of disastrous choices, futile attempts to escape and desperate questioning. He was heading for an early grave.
Yet his journey through the depths of the human condition, his transformation and current business success offer hope to those like you who know they should be and can be more. Feeling trapped, imprisoned or bound by your history need not be the end of your story.
But Gethin's inspiring story is not enough to help you change. He shares the practical tools and mindset strategies that turned his life around--so you can unlock your own success.
Using the familiar story of A Christmas Carol, your Scrooge will be uncovered, you will discover how to harness your subconscious mind and stop being trapped by it.
This book is not for those who want to keep making excuses for all the tragedy and trauma in their life. It is for you if you wish to transform your life. The key to unlocking your true potential is found within...

Über den Autor

Gethin is not your typical behaviour change specialist with an academic pedigree. He is an effective Behaviour change specialist for others because he has engineered dramatic changes in his own behaviour.
Gethin has been there, don't that (usually getting caught in the process!) and gone back again.
Gethin grew up in care, spent eight years in prison, was an intravenous drug user for many years and was on a clear path of repeated prison sentences and an eventual early death.
His own transformation finally began in 2000 when he embarked on a six-year therapeutic journey incorporating psychotherapy, talking therapies, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
His own methodology of change has evolved in tandem with his own journey from the prison cell to the boardroom.
Recognised for his strong leadership and communication skills he now supports leadership teams and coaches at all levels in organisations as they seek to implement change, both personal and corporate.
As a powerful, inspiring professional speaker he challenges individuals and teams to recognise their own potential and mind-traps, as well as their personal responsibility for making change.
Gethin has a unique combination of academic, professional and personal experience that enables him to pick and mix exactly what is required for organisational, team and individual change.
Change for the better isn't an academic exercise for him, but his mission.
