King Arthur and His Knights

Howard Pyle (1853-1911) was an American illustrator and author, primarily known for his work in children's literature. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, on March 5, 1853, he developed a passion for art and writing early in his life. Pyle studied at the Art Students League of New York and later in Belgium.
