The testimony is focused in this fifth volume of the series of exile on the facts of the promotion of the Palestinian guerrilla action, the movement of armed struggle, or the steady revolution. The volume covers the period between 1968 and 1978.1968 because it is the year that witnessed the battle of dignity, whose results brought the broadest support for the guerrilla work. And the year 1978 because it is the year in which the Palestinian National Council completed with a majority of its members the approach to seeking a settlement of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, opening the stage that is still overlooked until now, and stressing that this approach has become the approach of the Palestinian mass.
