The book is located in three fluctuating sections: the first section, with the words of the Qur'an, the meaning of the news, the likes of the Arabs and the Persians, and the approximate words of special and public. And the second section has the likes of the classes of people and those with different ranks and various industries. The class graduation, starting with the royal and royal proverbs, depends on a transition to proverbs concerned with ministers, writers and bullets, and ending with the proverbs of women, the boys are slaves. As for the third section, Al -Thaalabi collects a selection of proverbs that were not included in the book of Abu Abdullah Hamza bin Al -Hassan Al -Asbhani.
