His career sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and leadership, covering corporate finance, risk management, project and change management, and financial systems.

Beyond technical expertise, Michael focuses on the human elements of business—decision-making, leadership mindset, and the dynamics that define organizational success. Alongside his executive roles, he spent more than a decade in academia, integrating practical experience with research and teaching. His background in Lean, Six Sigma, and NLP allows him to connect operational excellence with behavioural insight and turn complexity into clear, actionable frameworks.
