Mind of Steel

Mind of Steel is a powerful coming-of-age story set in Cairo in the mid-20th century. It follows Muhammad, a boy shaped by his father’s strict discipline and high expectations. Trained to memorize the Quran and master ancient knowledge, he grows up in a world where perfection is demanded at all costs. When his father dies, Muhammad’s world collapses—until a scholarship takes him to America. There, he faces culture shock and the challenge of independent thinking, forcing him to reconcile tradition with modernity, duty with freedom, and knowledge with true understanding.
