A visit by mom, a move, and a new girlfriend clash in this light-hearted lesbian fiction story by award-winning writer Jae.
Sophie Matheson, Kade's homophobic mother, is coming to Portland for a visit. Her timing couldn't be worse. Not only is Kade newly in love with a woman, but she also promised to help her friends Aiden and Dawn move in together. Instead of going to art museums and having lunch in an expensive restaurant, Sophie will now help U-Haul a lesbian couple. Kade tries to tell herself it's going to be a nice change of pace, but she knows better.

Jae grew up amidst the vineyards of southern Germany. The writing bug bit her at the age of eleven. Since 2006, she has been writing mostly in English.
She used to work as a psychologist but gave up her day job in December 2013 to become a full-time writer and a part-time editor. When she's not writing, she likes to spend her time reading, indulging her ice cream and office supply addictions, and watching way too many crime shows.
