Amr Diab, since the beginning, has been well aware of the idea of ​​​​being the owner of the vision and the owner of the project, of being your own voice and not the voice of others. It is true that he learned at the hands of the great masters, drew from their experience, studied their experiments, and understood the true meaning of artistic identity. Therefore, Amr did not oscillate throughout his career between musical experiences that did not serve this project or express it. Amr did not get involved in singing in the language of others and expressing their ideas, and this is evidence of his full understanding of his artistic project and goal, which is to take Egyptian music from the realm of local and regional to the international sphere. The artistic project is primarily a personal project that expresses its owner. Time and time alone are the true measure of its value and importance. I believe that time has been fair to Amr Diab, who has continued until now with his renewed project like the waves of the sea that do not stop in the face of time.
