This novel reveals the secrets and behind-the-scenes lives of four houses and their families and the changes they went through immediately after their move was announced. It traces the tension, some methods of deception and conspiracy between one family and the conflict between the greedy and the rich, and what it led to revealing the falsity of many feelings such as love, friendship and brotherhood.
The novel monitors many intertwined and complex relationships between its heroes in a social vision of an environment that is rarely touched upon. An environment that once you set foot in it, you found yourself surrounded by nests of hornets that were dormant, and their awakening became a harbinger of more diseases, poverty, fear, and sometimes even death.
