Egyptian journalism in a hundred years

It is one of the most important books of Dr. Abdel-Latif Hamza, the thinker, writer, and professor of journalism, divided his book into four periods, naming each of them a phase, and talking about each phase separately. However, this division that he resorted to is in fact nothing more than one of the methods that researchers usually fabricate to make the subject easier for readers. Otherwise, the life of Egyptian journalism is a continuous chain of links, with the episode of childhood intersecting with the episode of youth. This last episode overlaps with the rest of the episodes, such that it is difficult to separate them correctly by days and years
He says about his book, "I was given this opportunity to speak to readers briefly about the history of the Egyptian press, which was written in Arabic. I apologize to them, and to the owners of old and new newspapers, as I was only able to point to a small number of newspapers written in Arabic. As for the newspapers that appeared in Egypt in European languages, I was prevented from referring to them."
