The art of opera

It sheds light on "opera" as a theatrical and musical art at the same time, as operas are built on various elements derived from several other different arts, such as poetry, theatre, music, dance, photography, and decorative painting, but the most prominent of them is without a doubt what is combined in the arts of theater and music.
Countless books have appeared about opera, in various living languages, and in their treatment of this art, they usually focused on highlighting one of its two basic aspects: theatricality and music. Indeed, it is most likely that most of them treated opera as a musical art only.
In fact, opera only derives its life from its appearance on the stage, and its theatrical melodies do not captivate us unless they derive their character and vitality from the stage as well, such that their beauty becomes clear only when the singer sings them while performing the act.
