The book reflects the conflict between the actions and words of the Arabs, as they call on their people to increase birth, not to control it, because they felt that birth control was nothing but a disaster for them, and after World War II, England enacted a law prohibiting birth control, in addition to a financial allowance for every child born, and the Soviet Union established a program that gave large financial subsidies to every child born, in addition to enacting laws prohibiting abortion and the use of contraceptives, in addition to rewards, decorations, and medals given to those who have more children. Of five children, and a medal for the heroic mother who gives birth to ten children, in addition to a certificate from the head of state in full appreciation for the mother who gives birth to the most number in the Soviet Union.
