Consciousness of the Circle - Living Circle

Time is something that is very difficult to define. It is an attempt to describe something that harbors two different realities at once.

So it is when a person reads something that has the potential to delve deep into the minds of people of different professions, educational levels and current life tasks. For example, politicians, MEPs, mothers and fathers with school-age children, the self-employed, managers, tradespeople and working people in general.

In this book, they will find a story written for all Europeans. A story that will awaken a memory in you - as a person - regardless of age, profession or generation. But it is not just a story, it is also a current regional development concept that you can help shape and that is deeply rooted in European history.

It is a journey through time and at the same time a description of a present that can become possible if enough people understand that their future depends on making it a reality.

The history of Europe contains a circular culture, a history that is deeply rooted in the genetic heritage of every European. This book is a guide to reawaken this consciousness. Or to describe it better, the awakening of a seed whose time has come to germinate.

Education is a natural process that depends on the environment. In this book, different generations are reminded of their heritage. A book that time has written to awaken a seed that rests deep within everyone.

mittelstand.de was "born" in 2002 - even though it had been my "property" for many years before that - with the idea of bringing people and companies together. An economic enterprise, StartUp, New Business-Economy, was the name of the game at the time. In 1994, I had already implemented the idea of Citygate on the Internet, a successful city portal that presented the advantages of the Internet to people, collected city information and showed a still "small" number of people the way to a new future. "I even opened one of the world's first "Internet cafés" in Germany - the C-Café.

The paths change. Like nature, the goal of freedom and connectedness seems to be a perpetual urge. That's why paths change without losing their destination. That's why you'll find me here. With new goals and new paths.

If you are looking for my roots, the following text is not even the surface of my experiences and knowledge. You may need it as a rough assessment. But the energy has remained the same, just as our ancestors saw the tree as a symbol. For connectedness in the roots and freedom in the crown.

Born in 1965 and an active member of society since 1979, self-employed entrepreneur since 1994 and father since 1995, owner of .mittelstand.de, including teaching assignments at Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Paracelsus Heilpraktiker Schulen, TÜV Nord, Kinderschutzbund and working as an independent managing director and management consultant in the field of design management, marketing and technology, including on behalf of the European Union and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, mainly for ministries, institutes and small and medium-sized enterprises.

After several trainings in short-term therapy methods, including EMDR, hypnosis, systemic constellations, kinesiology and as an NLP master and coach, design thinking and the study of neuro- and cognitive science, psycology, indigenous and hidden teachings, I developed my own holistic coaching method that combines body, mind, subconscious and energy and thus supports people and companies.
