Falling Leaves

"Falling Leaves" is a collection of poetry, which deals with all kinds of mental health issues and also includes a lot of social criticism.
It's not supposed to be a guide on how to heal and recover, but it represents my own process of healing and maybe you can take something out of it.

Jana B. was born in Germany in August 2001. In November 2017, at the age of 16, she first started to upload her own poems on her instagram account @shadesofaseason. She still uses this platform to share her thoughts and to educate people on various topics, that belong to the wide spectrum of mental health.
