Princess Grumpy and the Talking Elephant

"Princess Grumpy and the Talking Elephant" is a modern fairytale about a Princess who feels sad and angry, but one day she meets an elephant and everything changes.

Alice Fernbank is a professional storyteller of traditional folktales myths, legends and her own improvised spontaneous stories. She performs stories internationally as a solo artist and with other tellers and musicians. Since 2017, Alice has been collaborating with Svend-Erik Engh. Together they've created GIANTS Storytelling Project and Story Waves schools project. Princess Grumpy and the Talking Elephant is Alice's first book. She worked with Svend-Erik to develop and transform the Danish tale into a story for an English speaking audience.
