عزيز خانكي (1873 – 1956) كان محاميًا ومؤرّخًا مصريًا من أصل حلبي أرمني كاثوليكي، ويُعد من الشخصيات البارزة في الحركة القانونية والفكرية في مصر مطلع القرن العشرين. وُلد في القاهرة وتعلم في المدرسة الخديوية ثم التحق بكلية الحقوق، كما تتلمذ في الأزهر وحضر دروس الشيخ محمد عبده، مما منحه ثقافة مزدوجة بين القانون والفكر الديني. عمل بالمحاماة منذ أواخر القرن التاسع عشر وشارك في تأسيس نقابة المحامين. ألّف نحو أربعين كتابًا وكتيبًا في مجالات القانون والقضاء والوقف والتاريخ، وكان يُهدي كثيرًا منها للقراء مجانًا. من أبرز مؤلفاته: قضاء المحاكم في مسائل الأوقاف، الملكية العقارية في مصر، المحاماة قديمًا وحديثًا (مع ابنه جميل خانكي)، إضافة إلى كتب تاريخية مثل نابليون ومحمد علي وطرائف تاريخية. ترك أثرًا واضحًا في المجالين القانوني والتاريخي وظل نموذجًا للمثقف الملتزم بنشر المعرفة.
