رفائيل بطي (1901 – 1956) صحفي وأديب وسياسي عراقي، يُعد من رواد الصحافة الحديثة في العراق في النصف الأول من القرن العشرين. أسس جريدة "البلاد" عام 1929 التي لعبت دورًا بارزًا في الحياة الفكرية والسياسية، وكانت منبرًا للتيارات الوطنية. عُرف بكتاباته الأدبية والمسرحية، حيث ساهم في تطوير فن المقالة والقصة والمسرح العراقي، كما شارك في العمل السياسي وتقلّد منصب وزير في الحكومة العراقية. تميز أسلوبه بالوضوح والجرأة، وكان من الأصوات المؤثرة في تشكيل الوعي الثقافي والسياسي لجيله، فترك أثرًا مهمًا في تاريخ الأدب والصحافة العراقية.
