"History of the CPSU(b). A Short Course" is a book on the history of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), published with the personal participation and edited by I.V. Stalin. The main plot of the book is the struggle of Stalin and his followers with the oppositionists and "enemies of the people." The "Short Course" became an epoch-making phenomenon in the life of Soviet society: it played an important role in the final establishment of Stalinist ideology.
