Georg Hegel (1770–1831) is one of the founders of German classical philosophy. The most important concept in Hegel's philosophical system is the laws of dialectics, according to which everything in the world and society constantly passes from one form to another, and what seems eternal today crumbles into dust tomorrow. This is the "universal world irony", according to Hegel. The book contains his most significant works devoted to this topic.
