The January Revolution left behind a world that had become ancient in the consciousness of all contemporaries, referred to as the past or "time," even if what was meant was one decade ago, and despite it being ancient, we have not yet discovered all of its elements or compositions in order to understand our contemporary moment, which is the product of its interactions. After January, Egyptians became known as a people without a catalog. Because they have become an existing people from the beginning, moving visibly after they have expressed their existence. They are no longer images created in a directed drama. The whole old stereotype has collapsed, against everyone's will. It is no longer possible to formulate Egypt as an imagined world from simple elements; The country is constantly changing, and societies are never at rest. They may lower their voices, but they will not stop whispering and speaking, and in the meantime new languages ​​will form, develop and differentiate, and with them the various worlds will become more isolated and dispersed, and the discourses of trivial stereotypes will not be able to contain them so that everything will go smoothly. In parallel, until a moment comes when the parallels intersect, and the worlds collide with each other. Then the sound of the explosion will not be hidden.

وُلِد بمدينة نصر شرق القاهرة لأسرة تهتمُّ بالشأن العام والثقافة كمعيارَيْن للجدارة الإنسانية. تخرَّج في كلية التجارة جامعة عين شمس، وعمل مُبكِّرًا في القطاع المالي والمصرفي داخل وخارج مصر. يُصنِّف نفسه شيوعيًّا منذ سِنِّ السابعة عشرة. هاجر في منتصف عشرينيَّاته إلى أستراليا، وفي بداية ثلاثينيَّاته عاد منها إلى مصر قبيل ثورة يناير 2011، حيث استأنف نشاطه السياسي والفكري والكتابي في عددٍ من الصُّحف والمواقع الإلكترونية، لم ""يَعُد له موطن مُحدَّد منذ منتصف ثلاثينياته، حيث يعيش بين أربع قارَّات، وستِّ دول، أو إحدى عشرة مدينة، وسبعة عشر منزلًا، أو أكثر..."". صدر له مؤخَّرًا: ""تاريخ العصامية والجَربَعَة"" عن مركز المحروسة."
