The book deals with the situation of women in the section of rights and freedoms in the current constitution .. It also deals with the situation of women in issues that concern them, such as education, inheritance, and polygamy; And domestic violence, the laws of personal status, the family, marriage, and divorce ... and the woman in the Qur'an .. It compares its situation in Egypt in the first quarter of the twentieth century and put it in the ancient judicial system before the nineteenth century. After presenting the situation of women and their rights in the Egyptian constitution of 1971, it extracts the extent of our need for constitutional texts that guarantee equality between men and women in the new Egyptian constitution and not to fall into the mistakes of the past.
