While the young New York journalist, "Yits", suffers from severe fatigue as a result of excessive work, he decides to take a leave for relaxation and calm, as the doctor advised him to rest in a secluded place with a calm. Yetz decides to travel with his friend Professor "Renmark" to a remote Canadian village to have fun in camping between trees. However, the leave turns into an exciting adventure full of surprises, as "Yets" gets to know two rural families that reflect the traditions of rural society in that era. Fate is led to witness tensions on the American -Canadian border due to the revolutionary "Fenian" movement. Thus, "Yets", seeking comfort and calm, still faces difficulties and dangers from every direction.
