The book is divided into five parts divided into ninety -eight chapters. Al -Zamakhshari collected what is related to each subject of the hadiths of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, then what was reported from him from the sayings of the Companions and followed by the sayings of the followers, worshipers, ascetics and women, and the wise Arabs and the Persians, the poets and the sayings of the sons of the children of Israel and others, and what was narrating amusing stories, and news related to the history of the Arabs And their kings, successors, princes, leaders, singers and poets. The important issues in these doors are ammunition of news about almost all aspects of Arab life. The book is a sincere picture of the methods of living life among the Arabs in the modern pre -Islamic times and Islam.
