The oldest source we have reached the history of Medina. It is considered one of the most important sources of Al -Tabari in his history, and Al -Isfahani in songs. This precious book consists of four parts, the author in the first part dealt with the life of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, in Medina. About him, which took the rest of the second part and a half of the third part of the book, then in the rest of the third part, the author begins the third section in the news of Othman bin Affan, may God be pleased with him, which took the rest of the third part and the fourth part.
