Suleiman Al -Bustani's book, "The Ottoman Empire before and after the Constitution" expresses the hopes that the advocates of freedom and the constitution have suspended this constitutional coup in the year 1908, which was a major French revolution that will change in the destinies of the state and transfer it to the ranks of strong and modern countries and will carry a solution with it for all its weakness and problems . It is also a mirror of ideas, perceptions and hopes for the generation that participated in making the coup. This book is not limited to being a reformist program, but at the same time it is a theoretical vision of the past, present and future of the Ottoman Empire. This theoretical vision is distributed over three levels: reference reform - dismantling tyranny - the unity of the Ottoman state and peoples.
