Barbara Scharfbillig is the managing director of the German-Namibian association Suni e.V. and has been visiting Witvlei regularly since 2010. She is an educator and an expert in 'Education for Sustainable Development'. Her favourite memory of Witvlei is seeing the White Nossob River flood the bridge.
