Wolfgang Spitta is a psychiatrist and worked from 1989 to 1996 at the Rhineland Psychiatric and Psychotherapeutic Hospital in Bonn.

Since 1996, he has been working independently as a supervisor, team developer, executive coach, and staff counsellor for both for-profit and non-profit organisations. His client spectrum ranges from industrial companies, hospitals, and medical practices to public administrations, the Franciscan Order, and the United Nations.

In addition, Wolfgang maintains his own private practice as an individual, couple, and family therapist and counsellor.

As a consultant and lecturer at the FELD INSTITUT, he focuses on process optimisation, executive coaching, supervision, staff counselling — and, not least, systemic constellations.

Born in 1962, Wolfgang is the father of two adult sons and lives in Bonn, Germany.
