About the eBook

From wolves to whales, dogs to horses—discover the deep connections that make animals our closest companions.
For thousands of years, animals have walked beside us—as companions, helpers, and the heroes of our earliest stories. Today, their place in our hearts goes far beyond mere companionship: they are our confidants, our teachers, and our most loyal friends.
In Epiphany, veteran author Paulette Callen celebrates the extraordinary roles animals play in our lives through a captivating collection of short stories and essays.
From dogs and cats to horses, wolves, grizzlies, and even whales, each tale captures the unique personality, mystery, and wisdom of these remarkable creatures.
Some stories are whimsical, others deeply moving, but all illuminate the profound connections that bind humans and animals together.
Whether you've ever laughed, cried, or marveled at the creatures who share our world, Epiphany is a tribute to the joy, wonder, and insight they bring into our lives. Open these pages and discover a collection that may just change the way you see the animal world—and your place within it.
