Food is a subject that everyone has their own opinion and feeling about, and it is a complex subject in our modern circumstances. We find that in studying it in terms of its relation to people, it is exposed to many wrong opinions. Despite this, it has been possible to reach many correct opinions as a result of the great effort expended in assessing the International Food Center, even if these facts have not had their right to be announced transparently. Therefore, it was necessary to correct this situation, especially since the World Food Center has become critical at the present time and is difficult to improve unless it is properly understood.
This book has collected a number of articles that cannot be described as popular, although they are not purely scientific either. They deal with the main problems of the topic "Food and People" and depict the various directions for solving them in great detail.
