The issue of women in all ages revolves around three aspects, including all the sub-issues that confront them in their private life or social life. These three major aspects are:
First: Her natural characteristic, which includes talking about her ability and sufficiency to serve her kind and her people.
Second: her rights and duties in the family and society.
Third: Transactions imposed by etiquette and morals, most of which are in matters of custom and behavior.
The rights and duties stipulated in the Book of Islam for women have corrected the mistakes of ancient times in every nation of ancient civilizations, and have given women a status they had never gained from a previous civilization, and after the advent of Islam no civilization has come that dispenses with them.
