International operas
About the eBook
Opera developed historically based on these religious panegyrics, as organized groups appeared at the initiative of the clergy in the Western Church, whose mission was to form a religious choir for each holiday, where a celebration would be held according to the traditions of panegyrics. This group of compositions that this group sang was called "panegyrics," and they were initially performed inside the church. The ceremony was performed in a polyphonic style, with some choirs, then two alternating choirs.
Due to artistic necessities, the play gradually moved to church courtyards, then to squares, and in the fifteenth century the platform appeared with the appearance of religious plays, and they used poetic stanzas consisting of eight verses. Each clip tells a part of the story the show revolves around.
