Rolf Wittig worked for four different railways in his life, as a stoker, subway driver, window cleaner and IC engineer. He recounts events from his railway experience.

Kerstin Harper, Rolf's daughter, was born in Hamburg, graduated from high school in Gräfelfing/Bavaria, married US citizen Greg Harper, graduated from college in Charlottsville and now lives in West Virginia.
