He also talks about the most important influential Fatimid rulers or who sparked controversy as "the goat of the religion of God" and "the ruler by the command of God", and concludes in his own opinion that the civilization of Egypt during the era of the Fatimids is its most important civilizations if we excluded the first Egyptian civilizations of the Pharaohs.
