The second role: is the political renaissance that then the deterioration, by overcoming the Ottoman Empire and reviving the Islamic caliphate, by gathering the diaspora of Sunni Muslims under it, the emergence of the Persian Safavid state, and the collection of the Shiites' diaspora under its flag.
