Emma Andersson lives in Helsinki and loves science fiction and art exhibitions. She works from nine to five, so time for writing is scarce. Emma also writes literature and art reviews on her blog. Currently she tries to find time to participate in flash fiction contests.

The process of starting the story began in Kenya where Emma was stationed for two years. Eventually what was meant to be a novel became a short story.
